Returns and Refund Policy (V2)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must fall under these guidelines:

  • In the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damaged.
  • Non-working state.
  • Product never arrived at the customer (Babymaxco.com will verify).

The customer must notify within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@revasserstore.com. If your return is accepted, You're responsible for a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, contact our Customer Support Staff at support@revasserstore.com within 14 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@revasserstore.com.


We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled, minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 0%. The grace period to return a product is 30 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location. The product must be in its original condition, including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed. Buyers are responsible to check with their local inspector to make sure these units can be installed in their area and is a buyer responsibility to review the spec sheets prior to their purchase. If you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card (5-10 Business Days).


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
